The Easter Parade was met by huge crowds of welcoming Pickering families on
March 30, 2013. There were many floats, bands, and clowns partaking in the celebration
and giving out lots of candy. President Keith Falconer and Vice-President Bill Evely
led the way along the route with Debra Amos, Treasurer, Lori Crosby, Program
Director, Donna Fabbro, Publicity Director, Kayte McCafferty, Secretary, and Directors
Alex Crosby and Alexandra Kimber. Husbands, wives, and children of executive members
and neighbourhood friends assisted in making this event a huge success. Everyone agreed
that they enjoyed every minute of it; and plan to participate again next year.
